TIMES NOW accesses Exclusive Intelligence note that raises more questions on the suspension of the honest officer. The Intel note clearly states that it was SP leader Narender Bhati who had paid 51,000 for the construction of the wall which was later deemed illegal. Narender Bhati was later seen boasting of how he succeeded in getting the IAS officer suspended in 40 minutes. Was Durga Shakti Nagpal probing men who were close to Narender Bhati? Was Durga forced into demolishing the building so that she could be suspended?
